Welcome to the month of July!
I say this all the time:
Every month is a city, every city has a gate, and anyone that has the key to the city possesses the city and gets to enjoy the goodies of that city.
So, July is a city and some of you are about to enter into the best city ever.
We are about to receive a prophetic positioning that will enhance our experiences for the month of July.
Every first Sunday of the month the word that God has given to the man of God is released as a prophetic positioning. This word will position and guide you in that month and it is the key to receiving everything that is in that city. If you can get it right in the first service of the month that means you get it right for the rest of the month. Many times, you can carry it over to the rest of the year.
We have entered into the second half of 2023. This is the 7th month of the year, and God has a plan for us; a plan to prosper us. He plans to promote us. We are going to celebrate and be joyful in the Lord like never before, because the joy of the Lord is our strength.
And Nehemiah continued, “Go and celebrate with a feast of rich foods and sweet drinks, and share gifts of food with people who have nothing prepared. This is a sacred day before our Lord. Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!” (Nehemiah 8:10, NLT)
This is your month. You will be eating some sweet food. Last month you were fasting but this month of July you will eat rich foods and drink sweet drinks. Don’t be sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Not only is the joy of the Lord our strength, the Bible also tells us the joy of the Lord is the bucket that we use to draw from the well of salvation.
With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. (Isaiah 12:3, NIV)
God has already told us how to enjoy this month of July. He said:
- With joy, you will draw water
- With joy, you will draw blessing
- With joy, you will draw prosperity
- With joy, you will draw divine health
- With joy, you will draw your miracle
- With joy, you will draw goodness
- With joy, you will draw mercy
- With joy, you will draw favor
- With joy, you will draw everything good that belongs to you
This means in this month of July we are going to joy intentionally and we will celebrate the goodness of God.
- Where there was sadness, there shall be joy
- Where there was depression, there shall be joy
- Where there was heaviness, there shall be joy
- Where there was anxiety, there shall be joy
- Where there was disappointment, there shall be joy
- Where there was discouragement, there shall be joy
- Where there was mourning, there shall be joy
- Where there was weeping, there shall be joy
Whatever your case might be, joy has come, and the time to celebrate is now!
In this month of July, we shall engage the mystery of joy for its the key to possess the month or the city of July.
Joy, is the key to possess everything that God has in store for you in July. We are going to intentionally get happy in the Lord.
If anyone tries to be sad tell them, “We are in the month of July, no sadness in the name of Jesus!”
Let’s look at what the Bible tells us in Job 8:21
He will once again fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy. (Job 8:21, NLT)
God is about to fill your mouth with laughter.
I said your season to celebrate again has come. God will fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy.
If you believe say, “Amen.”
You may say, “but I am not joyful.”
That is why you need this message. God says for you to experience blessings this month of July, you have to think about joy.
You may say, “but I am sad.”
That is why you are reading this blog, because if you do not understand this, life continues as usual. Something has to change.
Repeat this after me,
“Something has to change”
“I am going to be joyful regardless in the name of Jesus!”
Let us look at Psalm 30:11
You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy, (Psalm 30:11, NLT)
Say, “I am putting on the garment of praise, and the garment of joy all over my life in the name of Jesus.”
For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime!
Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning. (Psalm 30:5, NLT)
Wow!

You will never be out of favor. You have a lifetime guarantee.
The Bible goes on to say, “Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.”
This is your morning. You joy has come.
Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let your joy overflow! (Philippians 4:4, TPT)
